President, Process, Power & Marine, Japan, Intergraph
Kiyota is responsible for the Intergraph® Process, Power & Marine (PP&M) division’s business operations
in Japan. He joined the technical sales division of Intergraph Japan in 2003, and was promoted to
President in 2011. Prior to joining Intergraph, Kiyota has 24 years of experience at Chiyoda Corporation, a
leading engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor, where he was responsible for the
designing of pressure vessels and piping based on 3D CAD. He also has experience in the development
and operation of automatic pipe routing and engineering database as an IT engineer. Kiyota holds a
Bachelor of Shipbuilding Engineering from Kyushu University.
Executive Vice President, Process, Power & Marine, Asia-Pacific, Intergraph
Franz is responsible for Intergraph PP&M division’s business operations in Asia-Pacific. Prior to this
role, he was country manager for the Greater China region, and has also held business development
positions with Intergraph. He has also managed Intergraph’s information management and material
management solutions both globally and within the Asia-Pacific region. Franz has more than 23 years
of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical,
and mining industries, where he has been responsible for the delivery of major capital projects in the
capacity of manager of the engineering and projects departments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in

With a strong track record in executive and project management, Callum is a senior leader in Asia-Pacific’s engineering, oil and gas, process, and construction industries. Currently, he leads Intergraph PP&M’s Asia-Pacific business development team, with a key focus of his work being program management for global mega projects. He is also responsible for the management of professional services across the region.
Senior Vice President Global Business Development, Intergraph PP&M
Michael Buss joined Intergraph in 2001. Possessing more than 25 years of software development and consulting experience, Michael is a natural fit in his role as a Senior Vice President for Global Business Development and Product Management of Intergraph PP&M’s Information Management, Materials Management, and Construction product line. He possesses strong expertise regarding EPC and owner business processes from dozens of implementations around the world. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
